اللّٰهُمَّ اغۡفِرۡ لِيۡ وَ لِوَالِدَيَّ وَ ارۡحَمۡهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِيۡ صَغِيۡرًا.

اللّٰهُمَّ اشۡفِنِيۡ وَ زَوۡجَتِيۡ وَ مَرۡضَانَا وَ مَرۡضَى الۡمُسۡلِمِيۡنَ مِنۡ جَمِيۡعِ الۡمَرَضِ شِفَآءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا وَ لَا أَلَمًا. اللّٰهُمَّ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّوۡمُ بِرَحۡمَتِكَ أَسۡتَغِيۡثُ.

وَ الۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيۡ بِنِعۡمَتِهِ تَتِمُّ الصَّالِحَاتُ وَ الۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ.
